BShion Star prides itself with the vision to foster ties between Sri Lanka and Japan through Buddhism. Over the years, our initiatives have helped the two cultures further their bonds with a greater understanding of national values.
We recognize that this is one of the pivotal pathways to deepen cultural and traditional principles between these two great nations. As such, we have been supporting Buddhist religious leaders of both countries to initiate religious activities, conferences or events along with pilgrimages.
We believe that celebrating the uniqueness of each culture can indeed bring their people closer together. The company was instrumental in initiating the donation of a Sapling of Sacred Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi Tree to the Koya San Temple in Japan.
Bshion Star is also very enthusiastic about fostering education in the Sri Lanka’s children, especially in the case of early childhood and primary education in the country. The company has been in a number of initiatives related to this.
